China Growth Conference on Opportunities and Risks in China for US Investors

New York, N.Y. - Adam Friedman Associates LLC, (AFA), a leading New York-based communications consultancy specializing in investor relations and financial communications, announced an exciting lineup of speakers at its second annual China Growth Conference to be held on October 17th and 18th at the Princeton Club in New York. The participants will share their insights and experiences about doing business in China today.

Clarence Kwan, Managing Partner, Chairman of the China Committee, Deloitte, will be the keynote speaker on October 18th. The topic of his speech will be "Globalizing China - What Every Investor Needs to Know." The luncheon panel discussion is entitled, "Investment Opportunities in China Today," and will be moderated by Thomas Forest Farb of New America Partners. Other China experts taking part in the Conference include, Doug Ivan, Managing Director, Trenwith Securities; Patrick Winton, Senior Vice President, Investment Banking, Sterne Agee & Leach Group, Inc.; John Williams, Managing Director, Xinhua PR Newswire; Kerry Propper, President, Chardan Capital LLC; Ying Fang, CEO, Evolution Securities China; Paul Hickey, CEO, Hickey Turner Capital; John O'Shea, President, Westminster Securities, among others.

The Chinese companies presenting at the China Growth Conference are from various sectors including pharmaceuticals, real estate, high tech, telecom, transportation, travel services, natural resources, among others. The diversity of sectors will provide an excellent overview of growth areas in China and showcase companies that are actively benefiting from China's expanding economy and growing demand from consumers. The event will be webcast to investors globally.

The second day, October 18th, will consist of presentations to investors. Registration and continental breakfast begins at 8:00 am on October 18th. The keynote speech will be delivered by Clarence Kwan at 8:45 am, followed by company presentations.
