Online Pre-registration Process
After completing the online application, print a copy of the personalized confirmation page. Each attendee MUST present their personalized confirmation page at the venue for the pre-registered rate.

Payment Method
All payment will be handled at the event. No credit cards will be accepted. Please remember to bring cash, check, or money order.

Note
Due to anticipated attendance and venue restrictions, to secure attendance, please complete online pre-registration as soon as possible. Registration will close once venue capacity is reached.
